BATMAN PATCH STRAIGHT OUTTA GOTHAM

This patch is from our "TIV" patch range
This process involves printing hi-resolution images onto a waterproof vinyl.
This image is Thermally transferred to 500D Cordura for Strength
We then Embroider the border and Stitch either Velcro, Iron-on or Sew-on backing as required

This technique allows for literally anything to be made on a patch, which will be strong, durable and even machine washable at 40c.
